The short version

Everything you log is private by default. Nothing is visible to anyone else until you turn it on, metric by metric. There are no ads, no tracking across other apps or sites, and nothing is sold. You can delete your account and all of its data from the app at any time.

What is stored, and where

  • Your account: email address, name and profile photo, handled by Clerk, our sign-in provider.
  • Your profile: username, the name and photo from your sign-in account, timezone, the date you joined, and whether your profile is public.
  • What you log: the trackers you switch on, checkmarks, your routine, workouts and sets, maintenance tasks, the reset counter, projects and what they earned, and uses of Screen Time emergency access. Stored in our database, hosted by Supabase.
  • If you join the waitlist on this website: your email address, the date, and the link you came from (for example Instagram). It is used once, to tell you when the app is on the App Store, and is never shared. Ask us and we remove it.
  • If you had an account before October 4, 2026, when sign-in moved to a new Clerk setup, your email address is kept with your old account id so your data could move to your new sign-in.
Database access is limited to your own rows by row-level security: every query is checked against your signed-in account on the server, not only in the app.

What stays on your iPhone

  • Apple Health: steps, exercise minutes, runs and weight are read on your iPhone to fill in rings and stats. They are never uploaded.
  • Workouts started on Apple Watch are saved to Apple Health on your devices.
  • Screen Time: the apps you choose to lock are stored on your iPhone as opaque tokens from Apple. We cannot see which apps they are.
Data from Apple Health is never used for advertising or shared with anyone.

What other people can see

Nothing, unless you choose it. You can make your profile public and then share individual metrics, such as your gym days, on the leaderboard. Faith, sleep, weight, sexual health and volunteering cannot be shared at all; there is no switch for them. Money you log on projects never leaves your account.

Deleting your data

In the iPhone app, open Settings and choose Delete account. That deletes every row you own in our database and then your sign-in account. It cannot be undone. Switching a tracker off does not delete its history, so you can switch it back on later.

Services we use

  • Clerk, for sign-in: email and password, or Sign in with Apple.
  • Supabase, for the database.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website.
Each processes data only to run its part of the service.
